AUSTRALIAN WAR MEMORIAL ACT 1980 - SECT 29
Engagement of consultants etc.
- (1)
- The Director may, on behalf of the Memorial engage persons having suitable
qualifications and experience as consultants to the Memorial.
- (2)
- The terms
and conditions of the engagement of a person under subsection
- (1)
- are such as
are determined by the Council.
