AUSTRALIAN WAR MEMORIAL ACT 1980 - SECT 28
Arrangements relating to staff
- (1)
- The Council may arrange with an Agency Head (within the meaning of the
Public Service Act 1999 ) or with a body (other than a company or association)
established for a public purpose by or under a law of the Commonwealth for the
services of officers or employees of the body to be made available to the
Memorial.
- (2)
- The Council may enter into an arrangement with the appropriate
authority of a State or Territory for the services of officers or employees of
the Public Service of the State or Territory, or of a body established for a
public purpose by or under a law of the State or Territory, to be made
available to the Memorial.
