AUSTRALIAN WAR MEMORIAL ACT 1980 - SECT 27

(1)

Subject to section 28, the staff of the Memorial shall be persons engaged under the Public Service Act 1999 .

(2)

For the purposes of the Public Service Act 1999 :

(a)

the Director and the APS employees assisting the Director together constitute a Statutory Agency; and

(b)

the Director is the Head of that Statutory Agency.
