AUSTRALIAN WAR MEMORIAL ACT 1980 - SECT 20
Office of Director
- (1)
- There shall be a Director of the Australian War Memorial, who shall be
appointed by the Governor-General.
- (2)
- The Director is the chief executive
officer of the Memorial and shall, subject to and in accordance with the
general directions of the Council, manage the affairs of the Memorial.
