Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe Corporation shall, when making a recommendation referred to in subclause 9(1) of Schedule 26 to the Primary Industries (Excise) Levies Act 1999 or subclause 5(1) of Schedule 13 to the Primary Industries (Customs) Charges Act 1999 , notify the Minister of any resolution relating to the recommendation passed or defeated at the most recent annual general meeting, of the number of votes cast for the resolution and of the number of votes cast against the resolution.
