Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(4) For the purposes of sections 27F and 27J of the Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Act 1997 , a member who is a winemaker or a grape grower is not taken to have a material personal interest in a matter being considered or about to be considered by the Corporation by reason only of being a winemaker or a grape grower.
