Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Unless the contrary intention appears, this Act does not apply to, or in relation to:
(a) a state aircraft; or
(b) an aircraft that is leased to or chartered by, or is otherwise under the operational control of, the Australian Defence Force.
(2) A reference in this Act to an aviation industry participant does not include a reference to:
(a) the Australian Defence Force; or
(b) the Australian Federal Police; or
(c) the Australian Protective Service; or
(d) the police force of a State or Territory; or
(e) an Agency of the Commonwealth prescribed in the regulations.
