AUSTRALIAN TRADE COMMISSION ACT 1985 - SECT 7

Australian Trade Commission

             (1)  There is established by this Act a Commission by the name of the Australian Trade Commission.

             (2)  The Commission consists of:

                     (a)  the CEO; and

                     (b)  the staff of the Commission referred to in section 60.
