ANGLO-AUSTRALIAN TELESCOPE AGREEMENT ACT 1970 - SECT 8

Functions, capacities and powers of Board

                   The Board has the functions specified in Article 8 of the Principal Agreement, and the capacities and powers specified in paragraph (1) of Article 6 of the Principal Agreement, and shall perform those functions, and exercise those capacities and powers, in accordance with the Agreement.
