Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsIn proceedings in any Court, a certificate under the hand of the Minister certifying that a person specified in the certificate is, or was at a specified date, a member or temporary member of the Board duly appointed by the Government of the United Kingdom, or certifying as to any matter concerning the duration of such an appointment or the terms and conditions applicable to such an appointment, is evidence of the matter so certified.
