A.C.T. SELF-GOVERNMENT (CONSEQUENTIAL PROVISIONS) ACT 1988 - SECT 29B
Proceedings in the Supreme Court etc.—savings
The enactment of the A.C.T. Supreme Court (Transfer) Act 1992 does not affect:
- (a)
- the continuance on or after 1 July 1992 of proceedings pending in the
Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory immediately before that day;
or
- (b)
- the operation or enforcement of a judgment or order entered or made
before that day.
