A.C.T. SELF-GOVERNMENT (CONSEQUENTIAL PROVISIONS) ACT 1988 - SECT 25

Until an enactment provides that subsection 21(1) ceases to have effect, the Merit Protection (Australian Government Employees) Act 1984 applies in relation to transitional staff subject to the modifications in Schedule 4.
