A.C.T. SELF-GOVERNMENT (CONSEQUENTIAL PROVISIONS) ACT 1988 - SECT 2
Commencement
- (1)
- Section 1 and this section commence on the day on which this Act
receives the Royal Assent.
- (2)
- The amendments of section 19 of the
Commonwealth Teaching Service Act 1972 commence on a day or days to be fixed
by the Chief Minister by notice in the Territory Gazette .
- (3)
- The remaining
provisions of this Act (including the amendments made by Schedule 5)
commence on a day or days to be fixed by Proclamation.
