AUSTRALIAN SPORTS COMMISSION ACT 1989 - SECT 57A
Disclosure of information to Sport Integrity Australia(1) The Commission may disclose information to the Chief Executive Officer of Sport Integrity Australia if the information:
(a) relates to a sports doping and safety matter (within the meaning of the Sport Integrity Australia Act 2020 ); or
(b) is otherwise relevant to the performance of the functions of the Chief Executive Officer of Sport Integrity Australia .
(2) If information disclosed under subsection ( 1) is
personal information (within the meaning of the Privacy Act 1988 ), the
information is taken to be protected information for the purposes of the
Sport Integrity Australia Act 2020 .
