AUSTRALIAN SPORTS COMMISSION ACT 1989 - SECT 56

                   The Minister may, by signed instrument, delegate to:

                     (a)  the Commission;

                     (b)  a member of the Commission; or

                     (c)  the Executive Director;

all or any of the Minister's powers under this Act, other than the Minister's powers under section 11, subsection 13(2) and sections 20, 24, 25, 26 and 47.
