Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Executive Director may, by signed instrument, delegate to:
(a) the Director; or
(b) a person employed under section 41;
all or any of his or her powers under this Act.
(2) The delegate is, in the exercise of a power delegated under subsection (1), subject to any directions given by the Executive Director.
