AUSTRALIAN SPORTS COMMISSION ACT 1989 - SECT 43
Appropriation of money(1) There is payable to the Commission such money as is appropriated by the Parliament for the purposes of the Commission.
(2) The Finance Minister may give directions as to the amounts
in which, and the times at which, money referred to in subsection ( 1)
is to be paid to the Commission.
