AUSTRALIAN SPORTS COMMISSION ACT 1989 - SECT 29
Duties of Executive Director(1) The Executive Director shall manage the affairs of the Commission subject to the directions of, and in accordance with policies determined by, the Commission.
(2) All acts and things done in the name of, or on behalf of,
the Commission by the Executive Director, for the purposes of this Act, shall
be taken to have been done by the Commission.
