Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsA strategic plan prepared in accordance with section 23 shall be submitted to the Minister for approval not less than 3 months, or such lesser period as the Minister, in special circumstances, allows, before the day of commencement of the period to which the strategic plan relates and shall come into force on:
(a) the day on which it is approved by the Minister; or
(b) the day of commencement of the period to which it relates;
whichever is the later.
