Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A member appointed on a full‑time basis shall not, except with the approval of the Minister, engage in paid employment outside the duties of the office of the member.
(2) A member appointed on a part‑time basis shall not engage in any paid employment that, in the opinion of the Minister, conflicts with the proper performance of the functions of the member.
