AUSTRALIAN SECURITIES AND INVESTMENTS COMMISSION ACT 2001 - SECT 326
Application(1) Subject to this section, the amendments to this Act made by Part 2 of Schedule 12 to the amending Act apply in relation to requests made by APRA under section 122B on or after the commencement time, whether or not the information or documents requested were given to ASIC before that time.
(2) Section 122E, as inserted by Part 2 of Schedule 12 to the amending Act, applies in relation to breaches of legislative provisions that may have occurred before, on or after the commencement time.
