AUSTRALIAN SECURITIES AND INVESTMENTS COMMISSION ACT 2001 - SECT 205
Term of office Subject to this Act, the Chairperson, the Deputy Chairperson and
each other member holds office for such term of at most 3 years as is
specified in the instrument of his or her appointment, but is eligible for re
- appointment.
