AUSTRALIAN SECURITIES AND INVESTMENTS COMMISSION ACT 2001 - SECT 198
Non - compliance with requirements made under section 192(1) A person must not fail to comply with a requirement made under subsection 192(1), (2) or (4).
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to the extent that the person has a reasonable excuse.
