Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) AA is not a public authority for the purposes of section 50‑25 of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997 .
(2) AA is not liable to pay tax under any law of a State or Territory.
(3) Subsection (2) does not apply to a law of a State or Territory relating to payroll tax.
