AIR SERVICES ACT 1995 - SECT 35

Duties

             (1)  The Chief Executive Officer is, under the Board, to manage AA.

             (2)  Anything that the Chief Executive Officer does in AA's name, or on AA's behalf, is taken to have been done by AA.
