Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A full‑time Chairperson must not engage in paid employment outside the duties of his or her office except with the approval of the Minister.
(2) A part‑time member must not engage in any paid employment that, in the Minister's opinion, conflicts with the proper performance of the member's duties.
