AIR SERVICES ACT 1995 - SECT 27

Period of appointment of appointed members

             (1)  Subject to this Part, an appointed member holds office for the period, not longer than 5 years, specified in the instrument of appointment.

             (2)  An appointed member is eligible for re‑appointment.
