AUSTRALIAN RADIATION PROTECTION AND NUCLEAR SAFETY ACT 1998 - SECT 29

                   The regulations may prescribe matters relating to the Council, the Radiation Health Committee and the Nuclear Safety Committee, including, but not limited to, the following:

                     (a)  the term of appointment of members;

                     (b)  resignation of members;

                     (c)  disclosure of interests by members;

                     (d)  procedural matters.
