AUSTRALIAN RESEARCH COUNCIL ACT 2001 - SECT 62

Establishment of ARC Research Endowment Account

             (1)  The ARC Research Endowment Account is established by this section.

             (2)  The Account is a Special Account for the purposes of the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997 .
