AUSTRALIAN RESEARCH COUNCIL ACT 2001 - SECT 45

Annual report to include assessment of CEO's performance using performance indicators in strategic plan

                   The annual report for the ARC for a financial year must include an assessment of the CEO's performance of his or her functions during that year. The performance indicators set out in the strategic plan as required by paragraph 42(4)(b) must be used in making that assessment.
