Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The CEO is to be appointed by the Minister by written instrument for the period specified in the instrument. That period must not exceed 5 years.
(2) The Minister must not appoint a person as CEO unless the Minister has considered the person's record in research and management.
