AUSTRALIAN RESEARCH COUNCIL ACT 2001 - SECT 30

Minister may establish designated committees

             (1)  The Minister may establish a committee or committees ( designated committees ) to assist in carrying out the functions of the CEO.

             (2)  The Minister may dissolve a designated committee at any time.
