AUSTRALIAN PRUDENTIAL REGULATION AUTHORITY ACT 1998 - SECT 28

Quorum

                   At a meeting:

                     (a)  if APRA consists of 3 or 4 APRA members--2 APRA members; or

                     (b)  in any other case--3 APRA members;

constitute a quorum.
