AUSTRALIAN POSTAL CORPORATION ACT 1989 - SECT 90F

             (1)  For the purposes of Division 2, an authorised ASIO officer is an officer or employee of ASIO authorised in writing by a person mentioned in subsection (2) to receive disclosures under this Part.

             (2)  These are the persons who may give an authorisation:

                     (a)  the Director-General of Security;

                     (b)  an officer or employee of ASIO authorised in writing by the Director-General of Security to give authorisations for the purposes of this section.
