AUSTRALIAN POSTAL CORPORATION ACT 1989 - SECT 90B

    A law of a State or Territory does not apply to Australia Post if, apart from this section, it would:

  (a)   apply to Australia Post; and

  (b)   so apply as to discriminate against Australia Post.
