AUSTRALIAN POSTAL CORPORATION ACT 1989 - SECT 87
Disclosure of interests(1) The Managing Director shall give written notice to the Chairperson of all direct and indirect pecuniary interests that the Managing Director has or acquires in any business or in any body corporate carrying on any business.
(2) Subsection (1) applies in addition to section
29 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (which
deals with the duty to disclose interests).
