AUSTRALIAN POSTAL CORPORATION ACT 1989 - SECT 6

                   For the purposes of this Act, a body corporate is a subsidiary of another body corporate if, under the Corporations Act 2001 , the first body corporate is a subsidiary of the other body corporate.
