AUSTRALIAN POSTAL CORPORATION ACT 1989 - SECT 24
Duties of the Managing Director(1) The Managing Director shall, under the Board, manage Australia Post.
(2) All acts and things done in the name of, or on behalf of,
Australia Post by the Managing Director shall be taken to have been done by
Australia Post.
