an instrument under subsection 10D(1), (5) or (6);

(f)

General Conditions formulated under subsection 10F(1);

(fa)

Orders made under section 10FH;

(g)

principles formulated under section 10GF;

(h)

an instrument under section 10GH;

(i)

Community Aged Care Services General Conditions formulated under subsection 10GI(1).
