AUSTRALIAN NATIONAL UNIVERSITY ACT 1991 - SECT 18D

Member not to use position improperly

                   A member of the Council must not improperly use his or her position to:

                     (a)  gain an advantage for him or her or someone else; or

                     (b)  cause detriment to the University or to another person.
