A NEW TAX SYSTEM (FAMILY ASSISTANCE) (ADMINISTRATION) ACT 1999 - SECT 234
Agreements on administrative arrangements(1) The Secretary and the Principal Member may agree on administrative arrangements to further the objectives of Division 2 of Part 5.
(2) The Secretary and the Commissioner of Taxation may agree on
administrative arrangements to further the objectives of this Act.
