A NEW TAX SYSTEM (FAMILY ASSISTANCE) (ADMINISTRATION) ACT 1999 - SECT 232
Annual report(1) As soon as practicable after 30 June in each year, the Secretary must give the Minister a written report on the administrative operation of the family assistance law during the financial year that ended on that 30 June.
(2) The Minister is to cause a copy of the report to be laid
before each House of the Parliament within 15 sitting days of that House after
the Minister receives the report.
