Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister must, by legislative instrument, determine what constitutes a session of care for the purposes of this Act.
(2) A determination under subsection (1) may also deal with how a session of care that starts on one day and ends on another day is to be treated for the purposes of this Act.
