Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe Secretary may, by notice given to an approved outside school hours care service, determine that a specified day or days that are not school holidays in the State or Territory in which the service is located are taken to be school holidays for the purposes of the definition of school holiday session in section 3.
