AUSTRALIAN NUCLEAR SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY ORGANISATION ACT 1987 - SECT 12

             (1)  The non‑staff members shall be paid:

                     (a)  such remuneration as is determined by the Remuneration Tribunal; and

                     (b)  such allowances as are prescribed.

             (2)  The deputy of a member of the Board shall be paid, in respect of the deputy's attendance at a meeting of the Board:

                     (a)  such fee as is determined by the Remuneration Tribunal; and

                     (b)  such allowance as is prescribed.

             (3)  This section has effect subject to the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973 .
