AUSTRALIAN NATIONAL MARITIME MUSEUM ACT 1990 - SECT 43

             (1)  There is payable to the Museum such money as is appropriated by the Parliament for the purposes of the Museum.

             (2)  The Minister for Finance may give directions as to the amounts in which, and the times at which, money referred to in subsection (1) is to be paid to the Museum.
