Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Director shall manage the affairs of the Museum subject to the directions of, and in accordance with policies determined by, the Council.
(2) All acts and things done in the name of, or on behalf of, the Museum by the Director shall be deemed to have been done by the Museum.
