Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe Minister may, by notice published in the Gazette , declare which countries are from time to time parties to the Chicago Convention, the Air Transit Agreement or any of the Protocols referred to in section 3A, and such a notice is evidence of the matter so declared.
