AUSTRALIAN MARITIME SAFETY AUTHORITY ACT 1990 - SECT 58
Delegation by Authority(1) Subject to subsection ( 2), the Authority may, by written instrument, delegate to a person all or any of its powers under this or any other Act.
(2) The powers of the Authority under subsection 40(1),
section 42, subsection 47(1) and section 56, may be
delegated only to a member or officer of the Authority.
