AUSTRALIAN MARITIME SAFETY AUTHORITY ACT 1990 - SECT 40
Borrowings otherwise than from Commonwealth(1) The Authority may borrow money otherwise than from the Commonwealth.
(2) Money may be borrowed under subsection ( 1) wholly or
partly in foreign currency.
